Marpesia is a hand drawn calligraphy typeface designed with Gillott 170 nib. It combines classic and modern calligraphy styles and it is suitable for a variety of applications such as logos, stationery design, invitations, labels, merchandise products, etc.
Marpesia Pro contains 590+ glyphs with initial and terminal letters (stylistic class 01 & 02), stylistic alternates and standard ligatures. It supports Greek, Central, Eastern, Western European, Baltic and Turkish languages and delivered in Opentype and Truetype format.
To access the OpenType features (stylistic classes and alternates), you will need a OpenType application such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign & CorelDraw. If you’re not using an OpenType application you can access all glyphs using Windows’ Character map (Start button – Accessories – System tools – Character map).
