WPLease is a WordPress booking platform that allows you to publish & rent listings on your website. You can allow owners to signup on and publish their own listings, while you are making a commission for each submission or for each rented period.
The theme comes with a lot of features: users can register via facebook, gmail or yahoo, you can setup custom price per period, you can set discounts for longer periods or accept payments via Paypal or Stripe.
